The short version: we collect your details so we can contact you directly about your enquiry. We never sell your information, and we never share it with advertisers or other businesses for their own marketing.

2. The information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Coaching applications: your name, website (if any), WhatsApp number, email address, current turnover and social media (if applicable) and any further comments.
• Reviews: your name, star rating and the review you write.
• Gencoin updates: your email address, if you ask to be notified.
• Messages to us: anything you send us by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you directly about your enquiry or application, and to reply to your messages.
• To provide the services you ask us for, and to keep records of our dealings with you.
• To publish your review on this website, once our team has checked it.
• To send you updates, offers and follow-ups by email, only if you tick the box to say you would like them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. We never sell or share your information for marketing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or other businesses so that they can market to you.

We only pass your information to others in these limited situations:

• Service providers who help us run this website and who may only use your information on our behalf: our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), which sends your submission to our inbox; our email-updates provider (Klaviyo), used only if you opt in to updates; and our website hosting provider. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.
• When you become a client: to carry out the services you ask for, we may need to give your details to government authorities, free zones, banks or other bodies on your instruction. We do this only to deliver your service and as set out in our agreement with you.
• When the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a regulator or court.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to email updates, or object to us using your information, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable UAE data-protection law.

8. Links to other websites

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Telegram. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

9. Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
